(Serves 4 people as a side salad for a braai)
300g fresh baby marrows
15ml olive oil
15ml balsamic vinegar
5ml Dijon mustard
Cerebos ground black pepper
Cerebos Mediterranean Flakes
Make a dressing by adding the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard together in a bowl and whisk well.
Wash the baby marrows and cut the tops off. Using a potato peeler, cut each marrow length wise into long ribbons.
Place in a bowl and toss the marrow ribbons with the dressing.
Finish the salad with Cerebos ground black pepper and Cerebos Mediterranean Flakes. Allow to chill in the fridge before serving it with your braai.
